How to make your Booking

We will guide you step by step through the booking process. It's quick and simple!

Start by choosing the type of service you are looking for: Osteopathy or Training.

Step 1

Select the Day

After choosing the service, you will see a monthly calendar. Tap the day you want for your session.

Available days will appear in white, and past days or Sundays will be disabled.

Step 2

Select the Time

Upon selecting a day, the available times for that day will appear. Tap the time that suits you to select it.

Times blocked by Paulo will not appear. You will only see those that are truly free.
Step 3

Multiple Sessions

You can book several sessions at once! Select different days and times — each selection is automatically saved.

Days with selected sessions are marked in gold on the calendar. You can tap a time again to deselect it.
Step 4

Confirm Booking

Before confirming, you will see a summary of all selected sessions. You can also add an optional note with observations for Paulo.

Use the notes to inform about injuries, preferences, or any relevant detail for the session.
Step 5

Booking Confirmed!

After confirming, you will see a success message. Click "Back to Lobby" to return to the main dashboard.

Manage your Bookings

In the Lobby you will find your Dashboard with all active bookings. From there you can cancel any session if necessary.

Paulo is automatically notified about all bookings and cancellations.

Welcome to your Dashboard

Here you manage your entire operation. In the Lobby you will see a summary with the upcoming clients scheduled and have quick access to all tools.

We will guide you through the main features.

Step 1

Agenda Management

Tap "Agenda Management" in the Lobby to open the weekly control panel.

The agenda works by weeks. Use the arrows < and > to navigate between weeks and select the day you want to configure.

Step 2

Block Times

Upon selecting a day, the times from 06h to 20h will appear. Tap each time you wish to block (mark as unavailable).

You can block multiple days and times at once before publishing.

To remove a block, simply click again on the blocked time. The block will be reversed.
Step 3

Quick Tools

Two quick action buttons facilitate daily management:

Block entire day — Marks all times of a day as unavailable with one click.
Clear Day Blocks — Removes all blocks of an already published day. Then, publish again to apply.
Step 4

Publish the Agenda

When you finish configuring the blocks, tap "Publish Week Agenda". The entire week will be open for client bookings.

Upon publishing, all students will receive an automatic email informing them that the week is available for booking.
Step 5

Profiles and Forms

In the Lobby you have two additional buttons:

Profiles — View the complete file of each student: health card, personal details, and individual booking history.
Forms — Consult the contact forms sent by visitors from the Osteopathy page.
Step 6

Global History

Tap "History" to access the complete record of all bookings from all clients in one place.

You can consult past, active, and cancelled bookings.

Notifications

Automatic Emails

Whenever a client makes a booking or cancels a session, you will automatically receive a notification email with all the details.

You do not need to check the agenda constantly. The system always keeps you updated in real time via email.
